I can’t remember when I began to press flowers and leaves between pages in books. They might fall out of old paperbacks and textbooks when I revisited them. Phone books offered larger pages to fill. Old paperbacks seem to work best for the drying process these days. the petals fold into interesting shapes that i once cut into fabric for stitching and now enjoy making into drawings.
